Over the past 4 years I have bought & then sold a property through Tracey. In both cases Tracey always acted professionally & was genuinely interested in achieving the outcomes I was looking for. When I bought the property Tracey took the time to find out what my needs/wants were & then show me a large number of potentially suitable properties on the market at the time. She was happy to spend as much time as was necessary to help me find what I was looking for. In the case of the sale (in May 2021), Tracey was faced with having to deal with not one, but two very difficult buyers. When the first buyer's contract fell over on the eve of going unconditional, Tracy was able to secure a backup contract for $30k more! Unfortunately for her, both the first buyer & then the second were extremely difficult to deal with, but Tracey was able to navigate the various issues & even when it looked like settlement was not going ahead she helped get it across the line on time. I can't recommend Tracey highly enough. Whether you're buying or selling, she'll do her absolute best for you & keep you updated & informed throughout the process.
