I found Tracey to be very knowledgeable, professional, efficient, prompt and with a compassionate understanding of what is involved in selling my home, unfortunately it was in a falling / depressed market which added to the sale time. I would recommend Tracey to anybody thinking of selling their property & would not hesitate to work with her in the future.
Great experience from very start to finish. Always contactable, friendly and professional. Tracey is agent with great knowledge of the market and surrounding areas. Highly recommended !
Efficiently: just one day we have the final price. About 2 weeks we can move in the unit. Excellent !!
Tracey was fantastic during the whole purchase process always going above and beyond. Tracey has great communication skills always keeping you in the loop and is always honest with nothing ever being a problem. Would highly recommend to anyone. Thanks Tracey for a wonderful purchase experience!

We were delighted with the service Tracey and Lizzie provided. They always made time for property inspections, answered and followed up on phone calls and proved trustworthy in all negotiations. We have no hesitation in recommending Tracey. We also enjoyed her unexpected and generous housewarming gift.
Tracey helped us through a difficult time and was able to get another offer for us when finance had fallen through on a previous contract. Thankyou for all your patience and getting us over the line.
Traceys knowledge was excellent, Tracey had a no nonsense approach, which we liked very much. Tracey was only too happy to answer any questions day or night, we would highly recommend Tracey .
Tracey was so easy to deal with. Kept me in the loop throughout the whole process and sold the property in record time
Tracey is a very powerful woman, with a lot of compassion. She actually listened to what I needed and achieved it. I had a lot to do with different agents, but she really stood out and achieved what I needed her to do. I would recommend her to anyone as a very successful agent.
