Tracey was very clear and up front about the market, and about the costs. Hillsee charge a reasonable commission percentage, do not charge for marketing or open houses, and have a few offices actively selling your property. Our unit was sold within 6 weeks via another Hillsee agent. We were happy enough with the communication during the sale period. Still waiting for our bottle of champagne for settling on the unit!
