We were trying to sell out house with another agent, we were looking at apartments to move to when we first met Tracy. My wife and I were immediately impressed with Tracy. The other agent didn't sell our house so we went with Tracy, straight away she had people in looking at the house with numerous multiple visits, she didn't overload us with statistics or pressure us to drop our price, she just knew her stuff. The house sold for a good price, and well into the contract period Tracy was giving us advice and knowledge on our downsizing into an apartment. Best agent we've had, that was the 5th house we have sold.
