Dealing with Tracey was straightforward and she responded quickly to our queries. While currently outside the agent’s area of responsibility, the state of cleanliness at settlement left a lot to be desired - dirty cupboards, fridge, dishwasher, curtains, floors. If Government legislation and regulations require a high standard of cleaning for rental properties, the same standard should be applied to sale situations, especially considering the high prices being demanded. It’s up to the industry to work out with government.
