Feeling very ripped off
We took Tracey's advice and priced our property for sale at $849,000. Property sold within a few days. We had a tremendous amount of feedback from within the community and friends, all suggesting the property was well and truly under priced. I don't believe Tracey provided a true market appraisal of our property so that it would sell quickly. I later discovered the Real estate Agent, Peter Wilson Real estate and Stock Agent of Cobram, went into liquidation a couple of months later so obviously a quick sale before the liquidation, was a very beneficial outcome for them.
