Tracey was very good to deal with. She gave us confidence that she was trying to do the best by buyer and seller. She was understanding of our needs and obtained all the information we needed. Tracey was knowledgeable about the property we bought and if she didn't know an answer, she found out. After the sale she followed up and even cooked us dinner for our first night (who does that???!). She also went out of her way to fix things that the previous owner had neglected to do. Well done Tracey. We'll use her services again.
