Tracey and Suzanna are the most amazing agents I have ever come across. They went above and beyond to secure the house we wanted to buy. Worked with both us and the sellers to ensure we were all happy with the outcome. Hard working experienced agents with great local knowledge of Quinn’s Rocks. Thank you ladies 🌺

Tracey provided us with feedback at every step of selling our house. Super helpful, no fuss, prompt reply to phone calls and emails. She worked amicably with the buyers to achieve the best possible result. I have no hesitation to recommend Tracey to anyone considering selling their property.

16 Coastal Rise is a 4 year old house situated in Quinns Rocks with panoramic ocean views. I was uncertain regarding a realistic market value but thanks to Tracey and Suzanna's knowledge and experience the property sold for a figure higher than I thought it would sell. Their communication skills passion and experience whilst dealing with vendor and seller during a sometimes stressful situation was top rate.

Tracey & Suzanne provided the highest level of customer service during the sale of 18 Coastal Rise which due to a number of factors became a challenging property to sale. Their communication skills whilst dealing with the seller, purchaser and tenant were of the highest quality. Their predicted valuation of the property and subsequent marketing was excellent and their costs were very competitive. I wouldn't hesitate to use their services again and would highly recommend them to prospective property sellers.
