If you want your property sold, give it to Tracey. She doesn't muck around. My property sold in 24hrs from when it went on the market and the deal was completed within 3 weeks. She is 'up front' and to the point. She keeps her finger on the pulse all the time. Prior to putting my property on the market I asked Tracey for a market value and a few days later she had reassessed the value for 20K higher so I decided to sell. I had the pleasure of meeting Tracey when she was selling the property on behalf of the owners that we had rented for 6 years. I though I dealed with loyal agent and ended up overpaying of course, house was sold not clean, for sure they kept bond from previous tenants and selling dirty house saying: you did not request to have clean house? Thanks Tracey but you lost not on good feedback but also potential investment buyer in that area as I / my family &friends dont trust you. This is how nice is to make money from people if they are desperate in this covid situation. I’m just sad as I was supposed to be happy first home buyer …lesson learned
