We did not have as much contact with Tracy compared with her side-kick David. Nonetheless she presented this property with enthusiasm and certainly knew the area and comparable sales. No complaints at all. It is just that most of our dealings with Fletchers were via David. Her calming role during the negotiation managed to produce a result that was genuinely in the interest of both parties; no small skill involved there.
