Tracie is honest, professional, personable and has amazing communication skills. She was completely invested in making sure we were comfortable, informed and satisfied through every stage of the selling process. In addition to making it an enjoyable process her general love for property combined with her exceptional knowledge of the area and expert negotiation skills achieved us the asking price for our home one week after it was listed for sale!!!
