We first reached out to Tracy about a different property, however she promptly called to let us know that a similar property was available off market in the same area that we may be interested in. We appreciated her responsiveness from the outset and this continued throughout the process - including making time for various private visits to the property to firm up our decision, assistance in stepping through detailed questions about the property and support throughout the settlement process (and afterwards!). She made herself available whenever we needed input - and even assisted with getting a quote for additional work we were interested in carrying out on the property, including labor costs. I certainly felt she went above and beyond throughout our experience with her and would highly recommend her.

Tracy Black is a personal friend of our family so the choice of an agency ( Stones Real Estate, Manly ), and their representative ( Tracy ) was made very easy for us. We chose to sell our property, post Christmas, by way of auction, with tenants, in a declining market. Despite a concerted effort by Tracy, and a thoroughly professional campaign, the property was passed in and everyone was disappointed. So as not to waste the cost and effort of the campaign, Tracy recommended we allow the lease to expire ( three months later ), and present the property again empty, in a more desirable state.
