What a fabulous experience purchasing off Tracy! From my initial conversation via text and phone while holidaying in WA, by the time I returned home it felt like I had known her for months. Not only was it the instant rapour we had, but her prompt responses to any request for information, replies to emails and returning phone calls was impeccable. She turned a daunting and most often stressful time into an easy and enjoyable experience.
