As the tenants of a house that was up for sale we found it a difficult process, however, Tracy stayed in touch with us and kept us informed at all times. This meant that if showing the house happen to be an inconvenience she would accommodate (although rarely was it a problem) . In short Tracy made it seem all too easy, even for the buyers. Tracey was a breath of fresh air to deal with, Not the cocky real estate agent. Gorgeous, smart and witty. Only negative was at change over when Tracey was away on holidays. Nothing against her being on holidays everyone deserves them. It seemed hard work for the Century 21 staff to organise keys for me, The girl who meet me at the house was lovely polite but had no information about what key went where.
