I cannot recommend Tracy Lewis high enough. Tracy was recommended to me by an associate who also spoke highly of her. I was originally going to sell my property through my managing agents but after speaking with Tracy, I decided to use her. The sale of my property was a complex sale due to unforseen circumstances regarding buyers. At all times I was confident in Tracy's ability to communicate with potential buyers and get me the price I wanted. The whole process, considering the issues that arose, was relatively stress free as I really did have confidence in her abilities. Tracy frequently updated me verbally and electronically throughout the whole process which was reassuring. Whenever issues arose, she had the answers and solutions. As the tenants of a house that was up for sale we found it a difficult process, however, Tracy stayed in touch with us and kept us informed at all times. This meant that if showing the house happen to be an inconvenience she would accommodate (although rarely was it a problem) . In short Tracy made it seem all too easy, even for the buyers.
