My experience with Tracy handling my sale and purchase was carried out in a very professional manner. Her product knowledge was exceptional and nothing was too much of an effort to oblige me with.
Tracy was able to organised for us to view the property the first day of viewing which was extremely important the way the market was selling. Meeting her there we had ample time to check the property right over with Tracy leading the way even though it was in the middle of a torrential down pour. Tracy was able to pass on the names of building inspectors to choose from that got the ball rolling and within 3 days we had paperwork and negotiations completed thanks to Tracy’s help from her side of the sale.
