My first dealing with Tracy was early in March of this year, after a poor experience with another party when trying to sell my fathers home. From our very first contact I knew I’d made the right decision, as Tracy was very easy to deal with and made me feel at ease immediately. The sale of my Dads home was a sensitive issue due to his recent passing and Tracy showed great empathy and patience with her can do attitude. I felt like I’d known her for a long time after just a few conversations. Tracy certainly had her work cut out especially considering this was at the start of COVID and together we entered uncharted ground within the market. There were quite a few hurdles along the way, but Tracy remained positive throughout, followed up on her promises and worked tirelessly to find a buyer. She kept me in the loop and went above and beyond to achieve a great sale. It’s hard to believe that Tracy was able to offer and maintain such personalised service and support and juggle her multiple clients whilst maintaining an unwavering commitment to getting it done right. Definitely a super woman and I have no hesitations in highly recommending Tracy to anyone looking to buy/sell. Thanks again Tracy :)
