We originally chose Tracy Blosdale to sell our home because of the excellent result she had achieved for a challenging property near us, eighteen months ago. From the time of our first meeting she was respectful, cheerful and enthusiastic and she was in constant contact with us to keep us informed. When the negotiations involving two potential buyers became complex, she sorted the situation out very Professionally and achieved a sale we are very happy with, after only one Open House!
