Having bought our home through Tracy some years ago her experience, knowledge and smooth sailing throughout the sale was amazing. 6 years on, first preference we wanted selling our home, Tracy. Her knowledge of selling points in the current market to obtain the desired price worked favourably and left us stunned with the offer we received following the first viewing. Tracy and her professional teams’ smooth sailing throughout the sale and settlement was above and beyond.

Tracy is a dedicated agent with a genuine interest in getting the best result for you and your property. She knows the market well and was spot on with her valuation and marketing of our house. Given the circumstances with the house being somewhat challenging to sell she achieved a great result. We had a difficult settlement due to the buyers team being extremely uncooperative however Tracy went above and beyond in taking proactive steps to get the issues resolved as soon as was humanly possible. Even with the unavoidable delays put upon us by the buyer she kept a positive outlook. I would happily and with confidence recommend Tracy to anyone selling in her area.

We can't speak highly enough of our experience with Tracy Garbes. We have been searching for months and met with a real estate agents before and had mixed experiences sometimes very disappointing.
