Given the circumstances with the house being somewhat challenging to sell she achieved a great result. One of the main reasons we chose Tracy was that she was up-front about some of the challenges we'd have selling our house, relating to the flats next door and power lines out the front. She made mention of the regulations that meant it would require a 20% deposit for any bid, where other agents had neglected to mention it, either through ignorance or thinking that they didn't want to give us bad news before we signed on the line. Once she was given the job, she went all out to make it happen and she did a great job, we were very happy with her overall.
