Down-sizing to something smaller after being in the family home for over 20 years was a daunting prospect and I am very grateful that Tracy was engaged as my agent to help me through that. From the start of the process and first meeting her to the completion of the sale, Tracy was extremely professional and ensured everything was communicated and explained clearly. Tracy co-ordinated the sale perfectly to ensure it aligned with me also finding a new, smaller home. When a suitable replacement unit to my liking was found Tracy went over and above expectations to ensure I was able to secure my new home & make it a seamless transition moving from one to the other. For that I am eternally grateful. Tracy is friendly, very approachable and always available when required. She has excellent local knowledge for my area which was a huge help in also making the transactions financially beneficial.
