It was a very hard decision for us to make to sell our property which had been our home for the last 20 years. Due to the death of our favourite horse and the loss of our parents we thought perhaps it was time for us to move on and try a different lifestyle. Due to the contamination problems in our area at the time we were uncertain if we would even be able to sell. We chose L J Hooker Raymond Terrace as we had originally purchased the property from the office. Our first contact with Tracy was a phone call to advise we were thinking of selling and asking for advice. As Tracy had recently sold a property in our area and had another one on the market she was very helpful and confident about us making a sale. From our first meeting we could see how professional Tracy was, she was extremely knowledgeable and put us at ease. Once we had agreed to go ahead it all ran very smoothly, paperwork signed, photography done, listed on the internet, and the first open house, there we were selling our property. Tracy ran open houses every week, brought clients out in between the opens, all the time keeping us up to date with everything that was happening. Our property sold much quicker than expected and for a higher price than expected. We cannot thank Tracy enough for all her hard work and advice, at times it seemed we were not doing enough and she was doing everything for us. She made the experience much easier for us and way less stressful than it could have been. We would highly recommend Tracy to sell any property, she has a passion for what she does and goes above and beyond what is expected of her.
