Going from renting to buying your First home can be a scary and daunting thing but Tracy was amazing and made the process easy She actually listened to what we were after in our first home and took on board our desires with the little things that to us meant the most (eg shed size, bathtub, fireplace and location) She didn't just focus on our budget, unlike other agent's we had engaged to help us find our home So many had sent us links to homes that didn't meet the key things we wanted, that just came in our budget range Tracy listened when many others didn't She was happy to answer any questions that we had along the way, no matter how big or small She was proactive with her communication and make sure we knew exactly what was happening every step of the way It made Buying our first home somewhat stress free She also took the time for us to view our now home and didn't follow us around like other agent's had done previously She gave us our space and most importantly the time to view and discuss and allowed us to ask questions, no matter how big or small We never felt pressured to make an offer and Tracy also took the time to take onboard our feedback for another property we had viewed that she was selling, that wasn't right for us I felt we could be open and honest with her Tracy was also easy to get in touch with and very friendly to deal with Thank you so much Tracy We love our home 1000/10

Tracy is a professional in every essence of the word. Not only is she friendly, she is precise, punctual, efficient and honest.
