Tracy did an outstanding job in selling this home. She established market interest immediately and was able to sell the home quickly and above our expectation in price. She maintained constant contact with us and really seemed to be working for to get the best possible deal. She then went in to negotiate a good price for us to purchase Boileau. She bargained them down to a price we were really happy with. The sale did not go smoothly after a hiccup with banks but Tracy was able to placate the owners who waited so patiently until the deal went through. Excellent people skills demonstrated. We would absolutely recommend Tracy to anyone want to buy/sell a home.

I recently purchased my first home with Tracy as the property agent and I can whole heartedly recommend her service, from first inspection it was made much easier to have a knowledgeable and accommodating agent. The offer and acceptance period had a few changes made within it and Tracy was really quick to reply and draft the new documents which is essential if you’re coming up to a deadline date. The process of signing all the papers was made much easier and quicker, for me at least, by the provided option to use electronic signatures. When all was done and the sold sign was taken down and I got the keys I even found a generous voucher in the cutlery draw from Tracy to me to get a “celebratory drink” for my first home purchase. Put an offer in after a 20 minute viewing and within 24 hours or so Tracey had confirmed the deal. Tracey facilitated access effortlessly prior to completion and engaged a tradie to sort out a little problem. Moving in, Tracey presented me with a very welcoming bottle of Moët. In addition to this, I was offered the Acton van, free of charge, to move my furniture. If all real estate transactions were as seamless as this, the world would be a much sweeter place.
