Tracy had excellent knowledge of the area and other similar properties that had been sold in the last 12 months. She also knew every bit of the house. Always very professional and kept us up to date. She made the whole process very easy from the first time we looked at the house to the moment we bought it.

Tracy allowed the daunting task of selling a house be much more relaxing than it could be, she allowed us to realise the worth of our place and achieved almost exactly what we were seeking.
