Excellent work!

We've know Tracy for awhile since we first moved to the area. She'd always been so helpful and informative with any questions that we had, and she made a point of keeping us in mind when properties became available. It was wonderful, for us, eventually, to find just the right property -- and Tracy was the listing agent. She approached the negotiation with professionalism and understanding of both parties and was able to, with much finesse, bring together a deal -- going way beyond any efforts that we had experienced before. Her ability to hear concerns and voice ongoing questions, from both parties, was exceptional. Tracy's strength in persevering to make sure that all parties could find a common ground is something that was appreciated immensely. She made sure that every detail was attended to, and her vast knowledge, particularly of the area of Marcus Beach, made it all the more enjoyable and appealing.
