What can I say, what a wonderful Real Real Estate extraordinaire person is Tracy Tomars. In over 6 years I have bought and sold a few times to find my forever home. I have been ripped off by a couple of real estate agents in the Palm Beach, Currumbin area. One agent ripped me off for $350,000, another pair I paid thousands to have my property put on line and they told me they had heaps of interest and so after many people coming through the home on inspections they put it to Auction where there was supposed to be so many buyers wanting it, apparently said the pair, but, not even an offer. Tracy I called about selling my now owned apartment just recently and told her on a Thursday I really wanted to sell, that night she rang me and said, I have someone I would like to bring tomorrow to have a look. Friday I was offered an amount from a buyer which I accepted. One day, seriously. How good is this lovely Sales Agent woman. I would recommend her to anyone wanting a decent Sales Agent as I’m afraid there aren’t many of them around that are reliable and honest.

We have dealt with many real estate agents over the years and unfortunately most of them, do not listen to what you want. Tracy is a rare breed, she listens, she takes action and she delivers. I contacted Tracy about an apartment she had advertised and went to the open home. I wasn't quite what we wanted, so I explained what we were looking for. That was Wednesday. By the Friday morning, we had viewed the perfect apartment and Friday afternoon, purchased it. We also dealt with multiple people in the office and every single person was quick and efficient. She was always transparent, didn't make things up when she didn't know the answer, instead she would go and find the information required. Tracy is a people person and obviously loves her job as it shows in her enthusiasm, knowledge, efficiency and passion for what she is doing.
