Listing our investment property with Tracy was the best decision we made. Tracy kept us updated as things progressed, and even when we hit some snags along the way (no-one's fault, just circumstance), she acted both professionally and swiftly to ensure the issues were dealt with. She was thorough and professional and great to work with. In fact she was highly involved with the sale of our PPOR recently, and because of her friendly, quick approach, we decided to list with her for this property as well. She was honest and forthright, and we felt confident throughout the entire process. We received several offers in a short amount of time and realised a price that was higher than we had expected. Very very satisfied customers. Thanks Tracy!!

Tracy was determined to achieve best possible price for us and we felt she was always working for us. Tracy was very professional and has a great knowledge of local pricing and market trends. We would recommend Tracy to anyone selling their propety and would use her again should the need ever arise.

Dealing with Tracy has been an absolute pleasure as she is very professional and most cooperative with all our questions and requests. She is very friendly and makes you feel at ease and has made our purchase run very smoothly

Finding a good agent, is similar to that of winning the lottery. You start the journey with hope and excitement, lose a few times, start wondering if you were silly for wanting to come out a winner on the other side.. but here’s the thing. When you win, no feeling compares. Tracy ensured us a guaranteed win on our property and she delivered (fast). She believed in the price we wanted to achieve and with her huge database, hard work mentality and grace, it happened. I can’t recommend her enough and can ensure anyone reading this, that you’re in safe hands with her. She truly is the best kept secret around and I would work with her time again.

The whole experience was great with prompt replies to any queries and great communication.

Tracy is a pleasure to work with, she has a no nonsense attitude and is very professional. She understands the market and is happy to share her knowledge. We really appreciated her honesty and hard work in selling our property. Thank you Trac

Tracy was really helpful, knew the market and made us feel very comfortable in the process of purchasing our new home. Although we had family inspect the home we were unable to actually visit ourselves due to COVID restrictions. Tracy didn’t push or hurry us and really took the time to show us through the property several times via video calls. I have no hesitation in recommending Tracy if you are looking to buy or sell.

We bought our property online whilst interstate in lockdown. Tracy took us through a great online tour of the property.

Tracy is a refreshing change to the Gold Coast real estate market . Her integrity and professional attitude working for the vendor is without question outstanding . Tracy has a passion for her work , always available on the phone and diligent in her customer feedback . We have purchased and sold many properties over the years and we can truthfully say we would always try and engage the professional services of Tracy in the future .

Pleasant, positive and professional

We found Tracy very easy to work with on our recent purchase. She was very honest and down to earth, which made for an extremely quick and satisfying result.

Tracy was incredible to deal with from the first interaction being a Domain Enquiry through to the moment our contract became unconditional. As first home buyers we had so many questions and apprehensions about the property we were purchasing however Tracy clearly articulated what we needed to do and went to body corporate on our behalf multiple times to give us the piece of mind that this property was for us. Tracy was patient, accomodating and most importantly honest with us throughout the process to keep transparency between both the seller and us as buyers. I would have no hesitations in recommending Tracy to sell a property of ours in the future.
