Tracy and her team were amazing to deal with. She worked tirelessly throughout the entire campaign and kept us up to date with regular communication. Her professional and friendly attitude and her honesty made the whole process very easy. Would highly recommend. Thankyou Tracy & team.
Tracy and her team are the epitome of 5 star rating Tracey’s knowledge of the local market and market trends was influential in helping us navigate the sale of our property. We wouldn’t hesitate to use Tracey’s services again or recommend her to others.
We bought Asperia Street through Tracy and found her and her team nothing but helpful. They had a lot of knowledge on the property and the area. When we had to extend settlement by using the grace period, this pushed us into the Christmas holidays. Tracy worked with the solicitors to make sure settlement happened prior to Christmas (rather than into the New Year). When buying and selling property there can always be events that are out of anyone’s control, and it can be stressful, but Tracy handled everything quickly and professionally. We appreciate the hard work that went into helping us purchase our new home!
Quantity over quality… we felt like we were just one of many properties on Tracy’s mind. Once hooked, we felt like we weren’t important and not a priority possibly due to us falling below her average sell point. Initial appointment she told us she had multiple buyers ready in the area who missed out on a previous property she sold in the street. She also said we would sell at 1.5mil “easily in the high 1.4”, talked us into an auction which clearly do not work when looking at the track record in Reedy Creek and cost us $900. Lied about a clause in the contract she begged us to sign (the contract was over $170,000 lower than initial price guide and $128,000 lower than bank evaluation) and told us there were no conditions but our solicitor told us after we signed that it was subject to sale. There were also hidden fees without this process that were not disclosed. We felt like we were annoying her team by asking for feedback after an open home and I was told not to stress multiple times. No offers were presented to us but we were told offers were made. Tracy and Chloe were very polite and persuasive in their conversations with us and due to this being our first time as sellers felt like we put all our trust into this team only to be left disappointed. We have gained a lot of experience on what not to do now and will find it hard to trust agents in the future as we felt lied to throughout this process.
Thank you to the Tracy Tomars team for your guidance with the sale of my property - your knowledge and efficiency made for a seamless process and great result.
Tracy helped to sell our property and worked hard throughout the campaign, keeping us informed and always going the extra mile.
Tracy did an excellent job in selling our apartment, achieved a great price and kept us informed along the way. We would highly recommend Tracy.
I was very confident in Tracy’s ability to sell my house after seeing her success as my daughter’s agent. I knew I was in capable hands. Indeed, the wonderful duo made sale in three weeks! It was a delight to deal with Tracy and Chloe. They were friendly, professional, accessible, & always diligent in their communication & follow-up. I would highly recommend Tracy and her team.
Tracey made my sale process simple and was always friendly and professional through the whole sales process. Communication was excellent and I was always updated with the status of the sale from start to finish.
Tracey and Reuben are so easy to work with, they are good communicators, respectful and always very professional, made the whole process very enjoyable. Highly recommend their services,
Amazing communication, honest strategic advice and efficiency throughout the whole buying experience.
The Tracy Tomars team has an excellent record in SE QLD but particularly in Palm Beach & achieving multiple record prices was a key factor for us. Market knowledge combined with timely communication was first class and going the extra mile is 'the norm’ for Tracy and her team - I purchased from them, they organised a tenant and I sold with them as well - a seamless stress free experience. We have no doubt as to who we’d pick to sell our property in the future.
