Their communication was outstanding - from Scarlett responding to our original enquiry within minutes to Tracy’s phone calls and updates keeping us informed through negotiations and while we were sorting out conditions. As Kiwis who haven’t purchased a home in Australia before this made us feel so well looked after and for that we’re very grateful. We couldn’t recommend Tracy and her team enough, and she will be our first call for a real estate agent in the future.
