Tracy is a professional agent, who utilizes her marketing knowledge and skills in promoting and selling our property. We would recommend her agent to others in buying or selling their properties.

Lightening sale performance. It just took Tracy only three days to complete the sale deal. It was an amazing effort, results...!

We selected Tracy Yap to sell our home, of forty nine years, for a number of reasons. We respected her knowledge, professionalism and dedication. We found her to be hard working and honest. She showed great insight and was intent on keeping us informed through out the whole process. We both highly recommend Tracy and her team to anyone who is planning on selling their home.

Tracy made the whole process easy with professional advice in respect of marketing the home, including painting and styling which was organised on our behalf and carried out to perfection within a short time frame. Tracy found a buyer within the first week and negotiated a great price which provided our price expectations without the need to go to auction. Overall a great outcome.

When we first met Tracy and Vickie, we felt instantly comfortable and confident with their warmth, courteous manners and professionalism. Tracy and her team are very organised, reliable and hardworking. Tracy was always very helpful and easily contactable. She provided a detailed feedback every week which was very helpful. Tracy brought her considerable experience to our sale and combined it with a positive outlook on our property to achieve the best possible outcome for us.

I couldn't be more happier with the outstanding services I recieved from Tracy and Vickie, and have no hesitation in recommending them. As a first time property seller, its resassuring to have trustworthy agents with the breadth of knowledge and expertise of the market. They were always professional, provided me with regular updates and made sure they were available for any questions I had, which is a great relief for a first timer like me. Most importantly they are good human beings who have a geniune interest in the best outcome for their client.

We appreciated Tracy's direct handling of the sale of our property. Her local knowledge of the area assisted in providing us with a market valuation and expectations that were realistic - leading to an outcome that we were pleased with. Fortunately for us, Tracy also has a great team behind her and the agency's support was on point. Personally Tracy was very prompt and always available for questions and feedback. We would happily recommend Tracy and her team to prospective vendors.
