It is not difficult to write this review as Tracy has given a genuine understanding of the business from the first meeting. After inspecting the property thoroughly, she came back with a proposal backed with extensive data of research for the locality and comparable properties. Even though other agents gave same general parameters, her's was more extensive and easier to comprehend.
