Trang Mai

Brought our beautiful new home with Trang. We came and looked 4 times as we are a big family to try and accommodate. At all times he was cheerful, happy, explained everything and communicated with us to a successful purchase.. We were very impressed with his promptness to return calls and follow up and queries. . Thank you for our beautiful new home and if I needed to sell I would highly recommend him and his team. Thank you TRANG....We love love love our new home.

Buying home is really stressful and not having answer to your questions, can add to stress a lot. Trang was quick at communication and would return the call. although he was pretty active with following up, prior to putting an offer, which is what you expect. Also he is not snobby - which is rare. I was happy with his support and manner.

When choosing an agent I was pleased that I had made the right choice with Trang and YPA Caroline Springs. His passion to obtain the best result for sale and commitment to achieve this was very impressive. He provided regular updates and was very transparent through the entire process.

It's feel better having an agent who speak your language as well as understand what you might or might not need while buying first home. I am also very appreciated his service throughout the selling process, since the beginning to the end, very enthusiastic agent. I came close to buy another one in CS as well, but after all the work he has done me and my wife couldn't say no. Will be very please to get my next business with YPA and Trang Mai and highly recommend them to anyone looking to settle in Caroline Springs.

Trang was a great help to me in finding my home. He really made an effort despite the many houses id looked at, he finally found the one for me. Trang was informative, and knew pretty much a lot about the property, and if there was something he was unsure of, he made sure to find out and was prompt with advising me of the outcome.
