The initial decision to entrust Travis with the sale of our home went well..but then all the talk, service and motivation went downhill fast. Gave us the usual real estate talk after 2 wks (“the market just isn’t there atm”) contrary to his initial conversation. I felt he only cared for the dollars he could make with a quick sale.
Professional team with great local knowledge. We had a far from normal selling experience with purchasers pulling out/withdrawing offers due to finance issues and finding other properties. We went under contract 3 times! Despite all this Travis still managed to sell the property within our time and price expectations. Travis is quick to communicate, he always has a plan B and i think we would have had a lot rougher selling experience if we didn't have someone with the experience and knowledge that Travis has. You would be silly not to use him.

This was our first home purchase, and going into it we were very nervous. We had no idea what was expected of us or what we needed to do. At the open inspection Travis and Becky were very friendly and able to answer all of our questions on the spot. The knowledge that they had of the property helped put our minds a little more at ease, unlike some other property's we had visited were the real estate agent was not sure on details we asked for. We decided this was the place for us to make home. but we had no idea how to fill in the letter of offer. Caitlin made this very easy for us after a quick phone call to her, she walked us through the whole form even though it was quite late at night (Thanks Caitlin!). After our offer was accepted, Becky was able to explain the rest of the process of what was required of us, what we needed to do, what they (Magain) was going to do, which once again settled our nerves. I would like to thank the Magain crew of helping us through this entire process to purchase our first home. We were very stressed leading into every turn, but your knowledge and professionalism has made this whole process a breeze.
