Travis was super knowledgeable on the area. He guided me price wise regarding how the market is travelling at the moment considering it is constantly changing in the current pandemic situation. He gave advise on what sells a house and we listened. I honestly believe we wouldn’t have gotten the amount we did if we hadn’t listened to what Travis had to say. He worked hard to sell the house sometimes texting back and forth up until 8pm and always kept me in the loop with how things were going.
