Someone didn't just buy our house Travis Smith "sold" it. We had a few issues along the way but Travis never gave up or even hinted at it. He pursued every angle and contact and we felt he was giving it his all with great enthusiasm and genuine love of his job. His quirky down to earth sense of humour made what could have been a very stressful time quite calm and I couldn't recommend him more highly. Oh and he always rang when he said he was going to ring!

Travis listed our block over 12 months ago but keep in regular contact informing me of any interest or inquiries. He was always positive and even when the initial 3 months sole agency expired we left the listing with Travis believing he was the right person to sell it. Which he did.

Agent was happy to make sale and offer their services for managing the rental. What transpired was a total lack of management, communication and consultation. Would i recommend them in the future? Not to my worst enemy. They are more than happy to treat the customer (landlord in this instance) with total disregard and at times were insulting.
