Earlier this year, my two sisters and I found ourselves in the position of having to sell our family home in Wangaratta as our mother and father both went into residential care. With the sale now successfully settled, I would like to give you some feedback on the service we received from Travis. We saw two Real Estate Agents initially, and our decision to go with Harcourts was very much based on Travis and our feeling that we would get the best outcome from him. From the outset, we were impressed with his sincerity and his enthusiasm. We liked the set-up of Harcourts as explained to us by Travis, and the process utilised for selling houses. Eventually we went through three contracts, and Travis kept us completely involved and engaged all the way.
