Our first phone conversation with Travis was very positive - he was able to obtain an inspection for us the following day. When we arrived for the inspection, Travis was ready with an information sheet, explained the features of the home and guided us through the property. At no time did he hurry us, we felt comfortable with his answers (although he was unsure of the build date) and we did not feel pressured in any way. We requested another inspection a few days later and this was duly arranged. Follow up phone conversations with Travis were positive. We appreciated his manner in working with us.
