He'd call us after every open for inspection with feedback and sent highly detailed reports each week that demonstrated he was always working the property - including at nights and on weekends. And he was a legend come auction day, coming over the night before to talk us through exactly what would unfold step by step and preparing us for the best and worst outcomes. While he may be at the start of his career, Trent has the hunger to succeed and the personality to win people over and that was a winning combination for us.
