Born and bred in Bentleigh, Trent has impeccable local knowledge and an in-depth understanding of what vendors and purchasers love about the local area. Trent entered the real estate industry nearly two decades ago, when Bentleigh’s streets were full of cream brick homes and Californian Bungalows. He has lived and breathed the area his entire life, growing up in Bent Street, attending Bentleigh West Primary School, playing football at McKinnon Football Club, cricket at West Bentleigh and basketball in Bentleigh. Trent’s honest and prompt communication puts vendors at ease during one of the most stressful undertakings. During my tenure in dealing with Trent Collie he has always been very professional in his dealings as well as quite ethical. I bought a property from him in July 2016 and instantly decided if I had to sell any of my properties in the near future - it would definitely be through Trent and his Bentleigh team as the manner they presented & professionally dealt with me & my family. Highly recommend Trent and the Bentleigh Hocking Stuart team

We had a great experience buying and selling through Trent. We initially bought a house through Trent and Sarah. We were so impressed that we then decided to sell through Trent as well. Trent is extremely professional, knowledgeable and passionate about what he does.We appreciated Trent and Sarah's honesty. We cannot rate them highly enough. Rick Renna auctioned our house and he too was incredible. I have lived in the area most of my life and know lots of real estate agents. These guys are the best by a long shot.
