Trent was a real pleasure to work with, being highly knowledgeable of the local market, professional, reliable, helpful and being a great communicator. I couldn't have asked any more of Trent and his team and am very happy with my choice of choosing JRE to sell my home.

Firstly, Trent came into my place talking numbers with a booming voice that all my neighbours could hear. One neighbour approached me a few days later and mentioned the sale price I had discussed with Trent. Secondly, we verbally agreed on a lower commission rate, but that wasn’t reflected in the hardcopy. My bad for not double-checking before signing. Didn’t receive a response from the agent when I brought it up, but that doesn’t surprise me. Thirdly, I requested that the sale price be withheld, but flyers with the price were distributed around the suburb, including my neighbours who I specifically wanted to keep that from. What a shocker. Very unimpressed, but I guess it made Trent look good. Lastly, after the sale went through there was no email of congratulations or thanks. Had a missed call though so maybe that was it. I’ll never know. He’s too busy banking my commission. I’ll use someone else next time. Would recommend you do the same.
