I am very pleased I chose Trent to sell my house. I live in Melbourne & the house is in Perth so I was totally relying on him & the rental team to get my house up to the best possible standard for presentation to sell at the optimal price. When he did a market appraisal I agreed within 24 hours to sell & it only took him less than 48 hours to get everything sorted to get it on the market. Seeing Coulson & Co had the photos & my personal information from it recently being a rental property this helped get it done sooner.
