I went to multiple agents throughout the Kwinana region for the sale of my property - five to be exact. From the get-go, Trent was definitely the most prompt to get back to me, had the most positive energy and by far the most knowledgable on the local market. Was a very easy decision. Immediately, Trent visited the property upon it becoming vacant and gave very clear instructions on what to do the property to maximise the sales result and provided reliable / well priced tradespeople to undertake the relevant tasks.
