It was a pleasure to deal with Trent, he knew the area and the market conditions for the area. Trent was professional throughout and was easy to communicate with, he always responded promptly to calls or messages.
Trent sold my mother's property recently and liaised with me at all times via text during the sale. I found Trent to be efficient with a good work ethic, keeping me well informed of the appointment times for home openings and when he wished to bring prospective buyers to the property. My only suggestion would be to use the telephone rather than text which is rather impersonal I feel. Apart from this I found him to be very approachable with a keen approach to selling what I felt was a rather run-down property. I would definitely recommend Trent.

Where to start! Trent MacGregor from Coulson and Co Realestate was our agent when we sold our Orelia home! Right from the beginning Trent was keen to help and gave us great and advice and guidence from the get go. Once we decided to sell Trent was very organized, he had 3 potential buyers in before it was even on the internet! Then within a few days we had pictures taken and our home was on the internet ready to sell! The pictures are some of the best I’ve seen in realestate! We weren’t sure what to expect once our house was on the market however Trent organized home opens and private viewings within the first week and got the ball rolling!
