Great result

Given real estate is such a large investment, I spent time researching agents, looking for someone with confidence and experience in the local area. Trent ticked all the boxes and did not disappoint. Trent had fantastic communication skills and provides solid advice. 1st offer came after a day and we ended up selling 8 days after it went onto the market for a price that exceeded our expectations. He made the experience easy and even with hiccups along the way from the other side, I could relax knowing Trent was across it. We cannot recommend Trent highly enough.
