Trent delivered what he promised, a short campaign with a view to auction but high probability of selling prior. He sold our house after one weekend which was brilliant as the previous agent hadn't sold it in 4 months and he obtained a price above what were expecting. Excellent marketing and communication, really appreciated the constant updates on what was happening.

As a purchaser who bought before auction, we knew that Trent worked for the vendor but throughout the negotiation we were always kept in the loop even though a lot of communication was by text and not phone calls. We included specific clauses in the contract for things to be fixed at Trent's insistence stating that the vendor was very honourable. 180 days after we signed the contract nothing has been done (seems contracts aren't worth much. All in favour of the vendor and little protection for the purchaser). Trent has had business dealings with these vendors before. I believe they never had any intentions of fixing anything before settlement and I believe that Trent knew this is what they would do. I feel mislead and deceived. I would not recommend Trent or his real estate agency to anyone.
Trent Marden sold our house in Paterson Avenue Langwarrin. He was very professional and knew the local area very well. He also managed to get above the price I expected. I wanted a 6month settlement and he achieved this for us. I felt very comfortable with Trent and never felt I was being pushed.
