You can really tell when you're buying a property from a local who cares. Trent showed us a different property, and upon hearing what we were after, immediately took us to see our new home (but we didn't know it at the time). Honest, upfront, really dedicated to his job, we knew we were in good hands. We really loved the easy going attitude, and instantly my stress dissolved when talking to Trent about what we wanted.
