I first met Trent when the villa being built for us at 40 Wattle Street, East Gosford happened to be adjacent to units being constructed at 38 Wattle St, for which he was the agent at the time. A couple of minor issues ensued at the time, which Trent got sorted quickly and professionally, I could not have been happier with the way he handled things. Later, when the time came to sell my residence, Trent was central to achieving a sale very expeditiously, and beyond my expectations. I have always had the highest regard for Trent as a person, and now he has confirmed that opinion and reinforced it by his professionalism in the sale of my villa. Trent has my highest regard, both as a person, and also as an agent.
