Trent has been excellent the entire way through the home buying process. Friendly and helpful at the first viewing, answering any questions no matter how small and trivial (first home buyer). During the negotiation, Trent was very responsive and kept me well informed at all stages during the process. During exchange and the cooling off period Trent continued to assist and guide me through the process and was understanding when I requested an extension to the cooling off due to valuation delays. All in all, I've had a very positive interaction with Trent and would highly recommend his services to anyone in the furture.
