Trent was approachable, open and honest in his communications with us and had a deep understanding of the suburb, having grown up and living here himself. Trent was responsive to our requests and willing to accommodate subsequent inspections, and didn’t push us when inspecting (we could ask questions when needed but otherwise, he gave us some time and space to look around ourselves, which was appreciated when compared to other agents that were much more abrasive to deal with). It is with pleasure that I write this review for Trent. Trent is professional, experienced, determined, trusting, calm - all qualities that we needed when given the responsibility of selling our home. Always very responsive to calls, texts and emails and makes you feel that you are his only client, which you know you are not. Selling our home during the COVID pandemic, was a little daunting but actually was a positive given Trent could only do individual inspections which in my view worked better than a weekly open home. Never was it too much trouble for Trent. I strongly recommend speaking with Trent if you are looking for an agent who is a cut above the rest.
