I have known Treston for a little while now having bought a house from him in June 2021. During this process I found Treston to be open, honest and approachable. As a result we selected Treston to sell our house recently. During the process of selling Treston has been a pleasure. He has been calm and confident and very rarely, if ever defaulted to telling us what he thinks we wanted to hear. This was particularly important when we initially had trouble getting interest in our property. A lesser agent would have told us to just drop the price. Treston never did this and stuck with his original pricing assessment and promised we would sell, we just needed to find the right buyer.
