Awful service and advocacy

Obviously a very busy agent. Multiple significant errors which required following up. Poor sales positioning advice meant we only found out about the first home buyers gravity at auction. Easily lost $$$. You fill in multple forms and inform them of a view and then they put the marketing sign in the way of the view and only remove it a couple of days before auction. At settlement they still have not resolved that concern. Very poor.
